Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Self check-in uses a smart lock with a code unique to your stay.

Yes. You get a dedicated spot in the driveway, reached from the alley. There is usually free street parking on N 42nd Street too. Directions are in your guest handbook.

Up to 5 guests, with two king beds, a twin bed and a sofa bed. Visitors who aren't registered on the booking aren't allowed.

The upper sleeping area is an open mezzanine. Curtains and a privacy screen separate it, but it isn't fully enclosed.

Choose your dates and pay securely through Stripe. Your card is authorized, not charged, until Lily confirms your request. If she doesn't confirm it, the authorization is released and you pay nothing.

The nightly rate, a one-time cleaning fee and Washington and Seattle lodging taxes. You see the full total before you pay, with no added service fees.

Direct bookings need a couple of days' notice so the calendar stays in sync. For last-minute stays, please book on Airbnb.

Exterior Ring cameras cover the front and back yards. There is also a noise-level monitor on the property. There are no cameras inside.
