The space

Two levels, high ceilings, lots of light.

A 1,250 sq ft two-level loft with high ceilings and big windows, in a quiet part of upper Fremont. It's set up to feel like home: comfortable beds, a calm and minimal design, easy self check-in, and the everyday things that make a stay easy. It's about a 10-minute walk to lower Fremont's coffee, food and canal-side paths, and less than 10 minutes by car to Green Lake, downtown and the University of Washington.

King bed (new Nectar mattress)

Next to the ¾ bathroom with a walk-in shower. The handheld steamer and iron are kept here.

Mezzanine · upper level

King bed + twin bed

An open loft level, not a closed bedroom. Thick curtains and a privacy screen separate it from the living area. Shares a level with the full bathroom (dual sinks, walk-in shower).

Sofa bed

For a fifth guest.

Good to know before you book. Please note: the upper sleeping area is an open mezzanine. It overlooks the living room and isn't fully enclosed, though curtains and a privacy screen add privacy. The loft is the lower unit of a two-unit house, and the host lives upstairs. You may hear normal footsteps from upstairs now and then, especially in the morning.

A dedicated spot, which is rare in Fremont

You get a designated parking spot in the driveway, reached from the alley behind the house. Free street parking is usually available on N 42nd Street too. Self check-in after 4:00 PM uses a smart lock with a code unique to your stay. Step-by-step arrival directions are in your private guest handbook once your booking is confirmed.
